What do I do with marine Aquarium Water?
I’m starting a marine aquarium (fish only) and I heard that you must go get Reverse Osmosis water for your tank. I’m wondering if it would be possible to put Tap Water in my tank and then the dechlorinater and then the salt and mix it all and then let it run for 2 or 3 weeks before I put live rock or fish in. Is this possible because it makes sense and less effort.
you don’t have to, although it is recommended. I don’t, I use dechlorinated tap water, and my fish (and even my corals) do very well.
